We typically co-invest alongside other experienced investors, but we can lead pre-seed and seed rounds when the fit is right. We are flexible on structure and prefer to align with what the company needs.

We reserve roughly 50% of the fund for follow-ons. Winners get backed through to Series A and beyond. If you're performing, we want to double down — not dilute ourselves out.

Absolutely. We often join existing cap tables and work well alongside other funds and angel investors. The more strong operators around the table, the better.
